Winning bidder will be treated to a (5) night stay on 30A in Florida near Watersound Beach! This townhome sleeps up to (9) and features 3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths. The townhome offers great accommodations and beautiful furnishings complete with all the convenience of a home.

Enjoy all the goods a family with children would need: beach toys, bikes (for children and adults), pull-along bike trailer, beach chairs, bunk beds, etc. The golf cart is ideal for driving to the hub or to Deer Lake State Park beach access.
Prominence has a Beach Shuttle that runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Beach Accesses: There are a few different options for you and your guests to access the beach. Below are three of the most popular and/or closest beach access points:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: This access is a Walton County beach access located roughly 1 mile east of Prominence. You have to keep your eyes out as it can easily be missed.

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 1/2 mile west of Prominence. There is a small parking area at the access (with a small fee for parking). Bathrooms are also available at Deer Lake State Park. The walk from the parking area up the boardwalk to the beach is a bit longer than most other beach access points, but the walk is worth it if you enjoy a secluded, quiet beach. Please Note: Alcohol is not allowed at the beach because this is a state park and not a county beach. Also, there are no beach services provided at Deer Lake State Park beach.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. (This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle.) Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
