Intention. Influence. Impact. Wayfinders Atlanta has generously provided (2) Coaching Sessions with professional coach Sarah-Nell Walsh.

In the first 60-minute session, you will get to know each other and explore your priorities - the things that matter most to you.

In your second 90-minute session, you will take a deep dive into your schedule - how you are currently spending your time and how that aligns (or doesn't align) with your priorities. You'll leave the session with measurable goals and realistic deadlines so you can get right to work moving closer to the life you desire.

Sarah-Nell Walsh is a professional certified coach, former practicing attorney, and Founder of Wayfinders LLC. Equal parts big-hearted cheerleader and bold challenger, she works with ambitious professionals who want to perform at the top of their game - growing their businesses, gaining influence, and making their desired impact on their organizations, their families, and the world.

She helps her clients create a stand out personal brand and cultivate strategic relationships so that they can advance their careers, develop high performing teams, and make their desired impact. Her strength is relationship building - helping a client identify and cultivate their "board of directors" - a powerful network of mentors, sponsors, and friends who will propel them forward both personally and professionally. She works with clients to creatively problem solve, shift and maximize energy, identify and overcome obstacles, align talents, passion and values in order to achieve their goals. She uses an evidence-based model of change that emphasizes the development of psychological flexibility: the capacity to be present and aware, in any given context, and to flexibly choose to act in a manner that will be optimally effective, authentic and aligned with values.

Prior to coaching, Sarah-Nell was a litigation partner at a 700+ attorney AmLaw 100 firm, where she was recognized as Mentor of the Year in 2016. In addition to numerous industry awards, she has been recognized as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers and named among the Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. Sarah-Nell graduated from the University of Virginia and received her Juris Doctorate from the College of William & Mary. A lifelong learner, Sarah-Nell is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is a proud wife and mother to an eleven-year-old boy, a seven-year-old girl, and a (hopefully growing) number of foster children.
