After touring the caves and learning the rich history of Schramsberg, followed by an explanation of traditional method of making sparkling wines, you will be guided through a fun tasting of a variety of limited production sparkling and still wines paired with select cheeses.

Quintessa Estate

Take an immersive look into the Quintessa Estate on this unique experience that begins with a guided walk to a scenic overlook of the property, with sweeping views of the vineyards encompassing the Rutherford appellation. Then tour the caves at this gravity-flow winery and finish with a sit-down tasting of Illumination Sauvignon Blanc and three Quintessa vintages.

Palmaz Vineyards

Tour one of the most unparalleled wineries in the Napa Valley at Palmaz Vineyards. Walk through several levels of the cave where you will learn how Palmaz wines are made in an engineering marvel. Then guests will enjoy a tasting of five blends, each paired with a small hors d'oeuvre.

Silverado Cooking School

You and your guest will join professionally trained chefs at the Silverado Cooking School in Napa for an interactive, hands-on epicurean adventure. You will be cooking with seasonal produce harvested from their own farm that very day paired with the best ingredients from around the Napa Valley. The class schedules vary by week and all classes are 3-4 hours of fun cooking, good food, and awesome wine no matter your experience level.

Blackout Dates:

Valentine's Day, President's Day, Mother's Day, BottleRock, NASCAR at Sonoma Raceway, and weekend dates in September and October. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks. Weekdays in Harvest Season (Sep/Oct) are extremely limited and may be subject to an additional charge.
