3- Nights - 4- days . This 3-bedroom house is Nestled in the park close to downtown (Golden Hill/South Park); our 1904 craftsman home has three large bedrooms and one and one-half baths. The grounds include an enclosed yard with a beautiful garden; waterfall/pond looking out onto a park and large redwood deck and barbecue on the side of the house. The Greenhouse provides a peaceful garden environment in the heart of the City. Inside; we have beds for 8 people comfortably (2 queens; 1 queen size sofa bed; and 2 singles (trundle). There is plenty of closet space and room to place your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes; microwave; toaster; blender; fridge with filtered water and ice) and stocked with basics for cooking. The TV has basic cable services and connects to Netflix via Roku; and other streaming services. The backyard is a garden oasis with plenty of chairs for relaxing and enjoying the flowers; grapevines; waterfall/pond; and hummingbirds. We also grow seasonal fruits and vegetables; and are happy to share our harvest with you. (Pick your own for salads and cooking.) French doors open onto small deck with cafe table and chairs; perfect for enjoying your first coffee of the day. The backyard opens onto a City park; and golf course; perfect for children and pets. We have a deck; redwood picnic table; propane grill; and outdoor shower for your use.
