ABOUT THE NF HOPE CONCERT

The Strip's most notable headliners will come together under one roof in the fight against Neurofibromatosis (NF) for Las Vegas' ninth annual NF Hope Concert, a benefit set to take place 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019 in Myron's Cabaret Jazz at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. Proceeds from the event will benefit Neurofibromatosis Network, an organization serving families and individuals suffering with the neurological disorder Neurofibromatosis (NF).

The concert, produced by former JERSEY BOYS star Jeff Leibow and his wife, Melody, has drawn from the largest names in Las Vegas show business for nine years. This year will be a more intimate concert and will feature performers very familiar with The Smith Center as well as as some new faces:

The event is inspired by Leibow's daughter, Emma, who was diagnosed with NF in 2010 at the age of nine months. NF is a genetic disorder of the nervous system characterized by tumors that can grow on any nerve in the body without warning. Leibow and his wife, Melody, conceived the idea for the concert upon the realization that they had an obligation to their daughter and the 128,000 people living with NF in the US alone to educate others about the disorder. Since its inception in 2011, the NF Concert has raised more than a $750,000 for Neurofibromatosis research and advocacy.

The Las Vegas event will take place in Myron's Cabaret Jazz at The Smith Center. Tickets will go on sale Friday August 30th and will be available at any Smith Center box office or online at The Smith Center website.
