Our proprietary accelerated aging and cellaring process ages the wine from 7-12 years after only aging for 12 months at approximately 68 feet below the Pacific Ocean on the floor of the Santa Barbara channel. This location gives our product a perfect temperature controlled environment, complete protection from damaging UV light rays as well as a gentle spin of the wine from smooth ocean currents producing aimpeccable tasting wine served in Ocean Fathom's masterpiece of nature's oceanic packaging.
