I strive to provide clients with an opportunity to access deep relaxation, through an experience that is customized for their comfort and which integrates skill, technique and an intuitive approach in order to provide therapeutic benefits. I utilize detailed knowledge of body mechanics to facilitate clients connection with the goal of unwinding, truly letting go of tension held in their musculature; I maintain an intention of holding sacred space to allow clients to reach a level of restful stasis, of mental laxity and freedom from stressful thought processes.

The peaceful and pleasant ambience allows for a rejuvenating and replenishing experience, of being happy in the moment, of embracing your right to feel at ease and honoring your need for self-care. I believe that massage, bodywork and all energy systems of healing and sensory enlightenment are gifts to be given and received as an element of human life that is universal, culturally rich and thoroughly worthwhile.

Sustainability is a guiding principle in my practice, as is using high quality massage oils, creams and salves that are nutritive and rejuvenating to the skin. All of the products I use are locally sourced - many are even locally made! - and have organic ingredients. In addition I ritually difffuse premium essential oils and utilize essential eco-friendly cleaning agents throughout my office space in order to ensure a healthy and rewarding massage experience in a clean and serene environment.
