Welcome to our Online Together Celebration auction fundraiser!

Dear St. Joe's Families, Friends, and Supporters,

We miss you and hope everyone is doing well!

I welcome you to our Online Together Celebration! This online auction fundraiser is our most important fundraiser of the year. During this difficult predicament, our school family has shown remarkable dedication, resolve, and resilience. With the health and safety of our guests as our highest priority, it was with a heavy heart that we postponed our Kentucky Derby Ball. Mark your calendars! It will now be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the beautiful Castleton in Windham.

Please browse through the numerous items up for bid. Many items are priceless, including the works of art created by our students. Auction items will be open for bid from Thursday, May 14 at noon until Thursday, May 21 at 9:00 pm. Consider setting an "auto bid" for those must have items. In addition to Auction Items other ways to participate include our Raffles and Fund-a-Need donations. This year's Fund-a-Need is designated for security upgrades and, the much needed, financial aid for our school families. Our auction volunteers have been hard at work for months gathering, building, and creating all you will see in front of you. We are grateful for all their efforts and to our many sponsors and advertisers, including Gabriel Chiropractic, our Millionaire's Row sponsor.

Grab your favorite beverage and tune in for our Livestream Auction Party during the final evening of the auction, on Thursday, May 21 from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Facebook and YouTube! Let's celebrate all of our blessings while supporting St. Joe's during this challenging time. Thank you for your patience and support.

SILENT AUCTION
Bidding will begin at 12:00pm on Thursday, May 14 and will conclude at 9:00pm on Thursday, May 21. Browse items by "searching" or "filtering" by category.

LIVE AUCTION
Now categorized as "Premier" items"
Items that were intended to be auctioned during the live auction at our Kentucky Derby Ball gala have been converted to "Premier" items.

How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through this auction page. To expedite your registration, please register with the auction site prior to the online bidding time.

Start Bidding
Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, and set a maximum bid if desired, and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum.

Keep Active
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items!

For easier bidding you can also do the following:
Set a maximum bid. The auction software will automatically raise your bid by a predetermined increment until your maximum bid has been met or the silent auction ends.

Collect Your Winnings
Winners will be notified via email with instructions on pick-up. If bidding from outside our local area, items can be shipped to you, at your expense.

*All bids are final and binding. There will be no exchanges, alterations or refunds on items. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. All items are "as is". Please note any restrictions stipulated by the prize donor. We are not responsible or liable for any discrepancies. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of values for tax purposes.
