Voucher for Legal Services
Purchaser at Junior League of Savannah Auction is entitled to up to three (3) hours of
legal services, which could include an in-person consultation and review of the client's
needs, preparation of documents, including contracts, agreements, or correspondence.
Value of voucher can be applied towards the legal fees for a trademark application.
Voucher cannot be used for filing fees at any level of government. Client to pay any
filing fees out of pocket, separate from this voucher. Voucher is subject to the rules of
attorney client confidentiality and attorney client conflicts. If attorney identifies a conflict
in the representation, attorney will refer client to an attorney of similar skill and
experience.

Kathy Davis is an Attorney and Entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience.
Kathy is a Child Welfare Legal Specialist, as certified by the National Association of the
Counsel for Children. She was named the 2019 Stellar Advocate for Youth by the
Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire.
Her other broad area of practice includes working with small business owners, providing
advice and assistance. Projects include the protection of intellectual property, business
strategy and advice, contracts and negotiations, as well as creating succession planning
and exit strategies. Kathy has worked with hundreds of business owners to protect their
intellectual property and their business interests.
Kathy is actively licensed to practice law in the states of Georgia and Indiana. She holds
a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and a BA in
Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington. She is the chair of the Chatham
County Juvenile Bar Association. She is a member of the Junior League of Savannah
