Architect will come to your home and provide architectural consultation for residential design. The consultation could include topics such as:

• Design ideas for Kitchen/ Bathroom Re-modeling
• Design ideas for Auxiliary Dwelling Units/ Basement Renovations
• Design ideas for Attic Conversions
• Advice regarding maintenance/ replacement of exterior building envelope elements.
• Advice regarding DCRA permitting process
• Advice regarding Construction process

*The consultation may include hand sketches - but no technical drawings. Note that this consultation will be provided by a registered DC architect but for reasons of professional liability insurance will be considered a service provided without fee or professional obligation. This consultation will be valid until December 11, 2020.

Mr. Ambridge has over 13 years of architectural project experience and a strong background in medical, educational, institutional and commercial projects. His responsibilities include master planning, proposal preparation, planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration services.
