Located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Incline Village, Nevada, the condo is close to many year-round recreational activities. In the winter: downhill and cross country skiing at nearby resorts such as Northstar, Heavenly, and Squaw Valley. In the spring, summer and fall: hiking, golf, river rafting, biking, fishing, and boating and water sports.

The condo is also close to casinos on both the North Shore and in South Lake Tahoe, and restaurants of every cuisine and price.

The condo has 2 levels; on the main floor are the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, large living room with fireplace, den with pullout queen couch and full bath. On the lower level are two large bedrooms: a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, and the master bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath. Both the upper and lower levels have walk-out decks facing the lake, with a hot tub situated on the lower deck off the master bedroom.
