One winning ticket holder will receive half off tuition for one (1) child for the 2021-2022 school year. The raffle prize will be applied upfront to the student's cost of tuition for the 2021-2022 school year, and will be applied to each payment owed for that particular student based on the tuition payment plan chosen in your FACTS financial account. Any additional program tuition and/or student fees will still be the winning ticket holder's obligation.

If more than one child in the winning ticket holder's family is enrolled at Salem Lutheran, the particular student must be named at the time the prize is applied to the cost of tuition. The prize does not carry over into future school years, summer programs, or any other tuition-or fee-based programs.

The winning ticket holder may opt to transfer the prize to another family that has a student enrolled at Salem Lutheran for the 2021-2022 school year. If the winning ticket holder does not have a student enrolled at Salem Lutheran for the 2021-2022 school year, then the winning ticket holder may either: 1) transfer the prize to another eligible family that does have a student enrolled at Salem Lutheran for the 2021-2022 school year; or 2) transfer the value of the prize to Salem Lutheran School to be placed in the school's tuition assistance fund.

Any tax liability is assumed by whatever party receives the benefit of 50% off tuition. Any and all tax considerations are the responsibility of that party; please consult your tax professional.

No refund or compensation will be provided if the winning ticket holder withdraws the student from Salem Lutheran School during the 2021-2022 school year at any time. No refund or compensation will be provided if the student is asked to withdraw or is expelled during the 2021-2022 school year at any time.

At least Forty (40) raffles tickets must be sold in order for this raffle to take place. In the event that less than 40 tuition raffle tickets are sold, the tuition drawing will be converted into a 50/50 raffle, meaning that the total dollar amount of the proceeds will be split 50/50 between the winning raffle ticket holder and the Salem Lutheran PTL, with the prize being applied to the winning ticket holder's 2021-2022 tuition account according to the rules stated herein.

Raffle ticket purchases are available only to those persons 18 years of age or older.

Each ticket shall represent an equal opportunity to win the raffle. There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets that can be purchased by any one individual.

The winning ticket will be selected on Friday, April 23rd.

The prize of 50% off tuition for the 2021-2022 school year has no cash value for the winning ticket holder. Only students entering kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2021-2022 school year are eligible. Only one (1) student will benefit from the winnings. Employees of Salem Lutheran are not eligible. By purchasing the tuition raffle ticket you are agreeing to the terms listed above.
