The ground floor has a covered porch, a living room and dining area.

Upstairs there are three large master bedrooms with a total of four double beds and three three-quarter beds. Each bedroom opens out onto another covered porch. There are two upstairs bathrooms and one downstairs bathroom.

A beautiful spiral staircase leads from the second floor up to the third floor "Lookout", where one can sip morning coffee or evening cocktails and watch breath-taking sunrises and sunsets;

Beside the villa, amidst the lush tropical foliage, is a tennis court for your sporting pleasure. There is also a golf course nearby should you wish to challenge the links.
