Stephanie Lock, founder of Rustic Tart and creator of Ready-to-Roll Dough, will demonstrate the art of sweet and savory pie making by sharing her masterful techniques for rolling, crimping, blind-baking, and filling plus her signature fold-over method for fruit-filled tarts- the building blocks for making great pie happen.
Savory pie will be front and center at the luncheon following with a fruit-filled tart for a sweet finish-showcasing the techniques demonstrated. Guests will take home a complimentary disk of Ready-to-Roll Dough accompanied by Stephanie's award-winning apple pie recipe with step-by-step instructions giving adage to that age old saying, "Easy as pie!"
