Casa de Sofia is made of up 5,000 square feet, 4 suites, 5 bathrooms and is only a short 30 minute drive from the airport.

Guests can also enjoy tennis courts, golf courses, a pool and private beach, jet skiing, zip lining, snorkeling, fishing and more!

*Winners will pick 3 non-consecutive weeks (Saturday to Saturday) from the date of the auction (2/1/20) to the one year anniversary of the auction. If all 3 suggested weeks are taken, LuxuryZLO will extend 6 months of selection time at no extra charge.

*If a group chooses to delay trip by one year, groups can pay an additional $1,000 fee.

How far away are the homes from the airports?

A: The Manzanillo airport (ZLO) is an easy and scenic 30 minutes from the homes.

Q: Are the homes close to shopping and restaurants?

A: Locations of activities and attractions vary from 5 minutes to 90 minutes away from the homes. The house manager will be happy to give you details about all the attractions upon your arrival.

Q: How far is the beach from the house?

A: Our private neighborhood beach is a short 5-minute walk from the house. You can also get a ride from your personal driver or take the house golf cart.

Q: Do I need to bring an international electric adapter?

A: No, the house has standard outlets.

Q: Is there internet access?

A: Of course! Complimentary wifi is available throughout the house. TV's have Roku and Netflix capabilities, so don't forget your passwords to access them.

Q: Do I need to have pesos?

A: Pesos are recommended for local shopping. However, many places do accept the USD and credit cards.

Q: How do I pay for food, drinks, gratuities and excursions?

A: Food, drinks, and gratuities can be paid with cash, or check at the end of the week. Excursions/activities are CASH ONLY.

Q: Do we order our meals in advance?

A: It is not necessary. Every morning, you will meet with the house manager to order your food for the day. You may choose from our menu of healthy gourmet meals, complete with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, from locally sourced ingredients. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Q: Is alcohol included?

A: It is not included, but there is a fully stocked bar available. The alcohol you consume during the week will simply be added to your invoice at the end of the week. Drinks are at cost - unlike resorts/restaurants that charge premiums per drink.

Q: Do we need to tip the staff?

A: Thank you for considering our staff. Gratuities are appreciated. We recommend $150- $200 per guest for the week. Please give it to the house manager at the end of the week and he will disperse appropriately to the staff.
