We will start in the gym at 6:00 and will head up to the library after POUND to share a drink together!

What is POUND?

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating, full-body workout that
combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix , lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Mishra H. Keller lives in Evanston, Illinois. In addition to her training and 11 years experience as a Holistic Health Coach, she is also a professional dancer, certified yoga instructor, certified POUND Pro, certified MELT Instructor, Arbonne District Manager and Certified Travel Associate. Ms. Keller has been passionate about health and wellness for many years. While working in a chiropractic office, she became aware of the body's constant strive for balance; how it creates disease and possesses the power to heal itself if obstacles are removed and given the right environment. This experience
inspired her to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry. She received her training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the the only nutrition
school integrating all the different dietary theories, which helps her empower her clients to transform their health and happiness.
