A gorgeous hilly terrain halfway between the mountains of the Apennines and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. This wonderful home is on a private road surrounded by quiet, natural beauty.

This lovely two-story farmhouse has a large open living area on the first floor complete with high ceilings and a balcony. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two bedrooms (one queen and one king) with en-suite baths, and two additional bedrooms (king and two single beds) that share a hall bath. On the first floor there is an attached studio apartment with a queen bed and pull out couch.

The villa is set amongst a beautifully landscaped outdoor area that includes a 75-tree olive orchard, a soccer field, fruit trees, a garden reed area with secret paths to explore, and the crown jewel - a bio natural swimming pool. The bio natural swimming pool has clear water and contains no chemicals. It is a unique experience that will harken back to days swimming in lakes, or splashing in streams. Once you swim in a natural pool you will not want to go back to chlorine.

The interior has modern appliances and is set up for relaxation after days outside. An outdoor pergola eating area provides serene evening cocktails, with views onto the olive orchard. Booking subject to availability between now and September 2021.

Travel details: The closest airport is Ancona (AOI) and is just a 25 minute drive from the house. A common route is through Munich and then connect to Ancona. Alternatively, the Rome or Bologna airports are doable.
