The winner of this "appetizing" item will enjoy an evening expertly curated by Place&Time - a collective, creative dining experience by Tended Cellars owner Joe Mooney, Chef Chris Bork, and private event coordinator Caitlin Franz. The 10-person dining experience, on a mutually agreeable date, at the home of the winning bidder includes five courses (plus entry amuse) with cocktail or wine pairings with each course.

About the Place&Time Team:

Joe Mooney (owner, Tended Cellars, LLC) is a 17-year veteran of the wine industry, with experience spanning retail, service, home collection, secondary market, and brokerage. Joe has worked in wine markets and cellars coast to coast and now owns his own company which provides collection advice to home cellar clients including dinner pairing advice, acquisition planning, collection organization, and liquidation assistance.

Chris Bork (private chef, Chef Bork, LLC), formally trained in London, England, has worked in a wide spectrum of culinary roles including local restaurants Blood & Sand and Revival. Chef Bork formerly owned and operated Vista Ramen, a highly acclaimed eclectic ramen/Asian-inspired restaurant and now works privately for curated events of all sizes.

Caitlin Franz is a veteran service industry professional with a specific focus on guest experience, event execution, and libation curating. As a private event coordinator, she specializes in designing immersive dining experiences with detailed cocktail pairings. In addition to freelance event design and implementation, she has worked for local establishments such as Elmwood, Vista, Wild Carrot, and many more.
