Exclusive gastronomic experience at a multiple award-winning restaurant along with limo ride to your destination. This package includes:

Table of four (4) in the Gallery at Alinea. The gallery experience is a multi-sensory, multi-course tasting menu. The experience includes the meal, service charge and taxes on the meal and a $200 beverage credit.

Alinea was founded in 2005 by Chef Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas.

Featuring a single, seasonally driven tasting menu of between 18 and 22 courses, the experience of dining at Alinea is not only delicious, but also fun, emotional, and provocative.

Alinea has been universally praised for its innovative approach to modernist cuisine. Alinea has three times been named the Best Restaurant in America and is the only restaurant in Chicago, and one of only 12 in the U.S., to earn the coveted Michelin 3-Star rating. It has also won the James Beard Award for Best Service in the United States.

Reservations will need to be coordinated through the donor's contact at Alinea. There are only two (2) seatings per evening, one at 5 pm and one at 9:30 pm.

  • Paperless Reservations - Trips booked by phone or online by email are all entered into our reservation system without using paper. With the large number of new reservations and changes to existing reservations coming into our office each day, this helps drastically minimize paper use within our office.
  • Paperless Trip Information - With our advanced reservation system, all of our chauffeurs receive their trip information through their in-vehicle Netbook or similar tablet computer. With an average of 600 trips per day, this greatly reduces our paper use as well.
  • Idle Policy - All chauffeurs are trained and committed to reducing carbon emissions by not leaving their vehicles idling for more than 15 minutes. This practice also helps lower the fuel consumption of each vehicle.
  • Hybrid & Clean Fuel Vehicles - Many vehicles in the OML Worldwide fleet are "Green" vehicles. This includes our Mercedes Sprinter Vans and Mercedes 350Rs, all of which are equipped with Mercedes Benz's Blue Efficiency Technology to reduce carbon emissions. We also have a Cadillac Escalade Hybrid, which reduces fuel consumption as well.
