About the Work
The act of painting for me is simultaneously a thanksgiving and a plea - both gratitude for the chance and a petition to find the path where magic lives.

Recurring themes are archetypes from Judeo-Christian tradition: sacrifice, redemption, transformation. Other themes are more personal, their meaning hinted at or revealed both through the forms and titles.

Geometry is my guardian against the arbitrary - protection against painting for painting's sake.
