2020 FUND-A-NEED - $ DONATIONS NEEDED

This past August we opened our newly renovated middle school science lab and converted space to create the K-5 STREAM lab. These labs have given us space for students to take their imagination and create, where they can build and rebuild until they are successful. The process is simple, they follow the 4Cs of STEM: Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and Communication. Students come in to be challenged, and they succeed beyond what they thought were their capabilities. The school is truly grateful for the opportunity the Parish gave us to implement these programs. Without the support we would still be in the planning stage. The Fund-A-Need will help us repay the generosity of St. Gerard Majella and help us continue to build upon the foundations of this past year. No donation is too small!

Virtual Auction Timeline

  • Silent Auction Bidding and items available to purchase will be live from 10:00 am on Monday March 23rd through 10:00 pm on Saturday March 28th
  • Best of Live Tickets can still be purchased online Monday 3/23 through 2:00 pm on Saturday 3/28 
  • The Best of Live winner will be drawn at 2:00 pm on Saturday 3/28  Winner will be notified by phone and must respond by 2:30 pm to claim their choice of one live item.  If we are unable to reach you, we will draw another winner at 2:30 pm (same 30 minute time restrictions apply).
  • "LIVE" Auction items (items 101-127) will open for bidding from 6:00 to 9:00 pm only on Saturday March 28th
  • Instant Buys and Silent Auction items will close at 10:00 pm on Saturday 3/28  To view the items you purchased or won, click on "My Activity" box at the top of the items page. *You will be sent a text notification with a link to the list of items you purchased/won and will be prompted to process your payment for those items.  Payments should be made as soon as possible following the close of our virtual auction.
  • "Check-out" will be on Sunday, March 29th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm *Please come to the entrance of the cage area (down around the back side of the gym building) to pick up all your auction items/certificates.  You will need to show proof payment issued by Givesmart via text or email (i.e. bring your phone with you).
