The winner will receive a 60 minute personal training session with Kerry Kelly, owner of KiK Performance Lifestyle Training.
Kerry believes in a multi-dimensional, comprehensive training program. Her philosophy is that all clients need to work on all aspects of fitness and athletics. This includes: mobility, Speed, Power, Strength, Flexibility, Agility, and Endurance.
Session Overview Includes:
10-15-minute dynamic warm up (flexibility and mobility)
5 minutes of power work (appropriate plyosand medballthrows)
30 minutes of strength training (complete full body program, including 8 basic movements/muscle groups according to my philosophy)
10 minutes of cardio (an exercise deemed appropriate for Client)
