11Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop
Imagine for a moment what it would be like to have a strong inner friend to comfort you when are struggling and offer you loving encouragement to pursue meaningful goals. How would it be to feel like your shortcomings and struggles are part of the wider human experience? While many of us grow up with a strong inner critic, Mindful Self-Compassion teaches us how to become an inner ally. This workshop includes a combination of information and guided practices to grow mindfulness and self-compassion as an inner resource.
Jamie Lynn Tatera is a certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. She is also an educator, author, mother, curriculum trainer, and founder of Wholly Mindful. Jamie Lynn is forever growing both as a student and a teacher, and she delights in sharing the journey of self-compassion with others.
