Join instructor Deb Solis to learn about and experience the exercise meditation practice of Chinese T'ai chi ch'uan. Learn to perform quiet, supple movements involving the entire body in a calm, peaceful manner while cultivating both the spirit and the body. The class needs a minimum of four. Room for 10!
Deb (FUSM Youth Coordinator) holds an MFA degree in Dance Performance and a Minor in Asian Stage Theater from UW-Madison. She has been presenting T'ai Chi Ch'uan workshops and instructing all over the U.S. since 1984. Deb makes T'ai Chi an appealing form of meditative exercise for all ages and fitness levels.
