(1) Week Vacation in our 5-Star Villa which has 9,500 sq. ft., five bedrooms (sleeps 10, Two master suites (1,130 feet and 800 feet) with king size beds, Jacuzzi, bidet, sitting areas, balcony on higher suite (lower one opens onto pool deck), and magnificent views from every window, Three additional guest suites with vanities, full private baths, one has a bidet. Two have balconies with unobstructed ocean views and 2 double beds each, the other one sits in a lush garden and has a king bed plus queen) an outstanding chef, is fully staffed, and includes the use of our SUV and golf cart. Palace by the Sea is located on a peninsula in a gated community with 24/7 security - not accessible to the public. Weeks are Saturday to Saturday. The community has a top rated Condé Nast private beach and four lit tennis courts. Four world-class golf courses are nearby. The Palace offers spectacular and unobstructed views of the Pacific and Manzanillo Bay. The winner can choose a mutually agreeable week subject to availability, with the exception of Christmas, New Year's, Easter and Thanksgiving weeks. Good for one year from your event date. Food, beverages, and transportation not included, but staff will purchase, prepare, serve, and clean up as part of our service.
