Enjoy an intimate evening with Rev. Dr. Raheb and 7 of your loved ones! You'll enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by a professional chef, Chris Koetke in the historic, architectural masterpiece home of Craig and Donna Mindrum in Oak Park, IL.
The Mindrum's home was built in 1905 and is exemplary of the Arts & Crafts style. Designed by architect Henry Fiddelke, a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright and E.E. Roberts, Fiddelke built many houses in the Oak Park area, including Ernest Hemingway's childhood home. Fiddelke was especially renowned for his warm interiors and large interior spaces. The 325 N. Scoville house preserves the quarter-sawn oak floors and trim, as well as the original and distinctive art glass windows. Extensively remodeled since 1994, the owners have sought to maintain the architect's original vision.
Christopher Koetke, M.B.A., C.E.C., C.C.E., H.A.A.C, is executive director of the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, in Chicago, and vice president of culinary arts for Laureate International Universities, where he is responsible for strategic leadership of culinary arts programs throughout the Laureate network.
