These wines are handmade in small batches and feature the best-of-the-best varietals and blocks of grapes. This dry red wine has smoky and dark flavors entwined with raspberry and dark chocolate aromas, exposed on the palate as liquorice, tobacco and oak.
• Winemaker Series Seyval Dry White Wine - the Winemaker Series features select wines that are carefully crafted by the Cellar Crew. These wines are handmade in small batches and feature the best-of-the-best varietals and blocks of grapes. This dry white wine has aromas of melon and grapefruit with bright acid and a crisp palate of lemon, green apple and slate.. This batch is SOLD OUT.
• Fiddler's Duet Dessert Wine - this Port-style wine is a combination of Rougeon and Norton, two grape varieties grown in the St. James Vineyards.
