Your chance to experience the 4 S's - Seeing, Swirling, Smelling and Sipping. All wines should be tasted, some should only be sipped, but with others, drink the whole bottle!

• Jo Lohr Merlot Los Osos - from Paso Robles Central Coast, CA. Dominated by fresh blueberry and boysenberry fruit and layered with vanilla oak. Finishes with a lingering hint of cherry and spice. Aged 16 months in oak.
• Black Stallion Cabernet Sauvignon - from Napa, CA. This wine is full bodied and balanced with vibrant aromas of blackberry, plum, vanilla and toasted oak. Concentrated flavors of rich cassis, plum and dark chocolate are present.
• Flowers Pinot Noir - from Sonoma Coast, CA. The fresh fruit aromas of cherry, plum and raspberry are followed by hints of sandalwood, mineral and leather unfolding with flavors of plum, raspberry and spice. Tannins are supple creating a long, soft finish.
• Seghesio Zinfandel - from Sonoma, CA. This full-bodied wine is generous with fresh fruit accented by cherry jam, dried sage and white pepper flavors, lingering on a sleek finish.
• Chateau Fourcas Dupre Medoc Bordeaux Blend - from Bordeaux, France. This concentrated, full bodied wine is a beautiful tasting wine, very enjoyable fruit extraction that manages to be intense but not overdone. The tannins are firm. Classic!
• Perrin Cotes du Rhone Villages - from Rhone, France. This cuvee is a blend of red Rhone varietals. The harvest is 100% de-stemmed. Fermentation and aging are done in concrete tanks (75%) and large oak vats (25%).
• Berrycream Rose' Wine - from California is crisp and clean with nice strawberry and raspberry notes. This rose' is light in texture and still fruity and rich in flavors all complemented by a brightness that balances the wine nicely.
• Quinta das Carvalhas Reserva Tawny Port - from Portugal. Sauve with baked plum, sweet cherry tart and brick flavors that are rich and well-rounded. The spicy finish offer engaging minerality.
