Branding:
Hello Big Idea will create a jaw-dropping brand through a 5-week process
delivering a fully built-out brand and brand style guide includes:

• 3 initial concepts and logo options
• Main logo, alternate logo, stamp, and mark logos
• Color palette, type treatment and moodboard
• Business card design

Web Design:

• Design of a Squarespace website up to 7 pages, subscription not
  included

Brand Assets:

• 40 hours of copywriting services for website or collateral pieces from independent contractor, Lindsay Bruno
• Half-day photography session on location or in studio by Adri Guyer Photography
• Session can be used for headshots, lifestyle branding images, and product shots
• Includes a library of images to use across all marketing platforms

Mentoring:

• 6 months of mentoring and coaching with Harry Campbell
• Campbell specializes in coaching on leadership and culture as well as best hiring practices and has been a President for 2 Fortune 500 companies
• Coaching sessions will take place bi-weekly for approximately 90 minutes with agenda driven by the needs of the winning bidder
• 12 months of mentoring and coaching with Rachel Smith
• Smith is a certified mediator and co-founder of Smith Mohlman Injury Law
• She was selected as a 40 under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers and selected as a Woman Who Means Business in 2012 by the Kansas City Business Journal
• Sessions to take place on mutually agreed upon dates

Professional Services:

• 1 year of legal consultations from Seck and Associates
• Consultations may include filing formation documents, shareholder agreements, bi-laws, board resolutions, restrictive covenant agreements, incentive plans, and capital raising documents
• Meetings to take place at mutually agreed upon dates and locations
• CPA Services provided by Goering and Garantino, P.A.
• Includes entity selection consultation, accounting software selection advice and implementation, and first-year tax planning and preparation

Resources & Office Space:

• 1 year in a 1-person private office at WeWork at Lightwell
• Includes 12 conference room credits and select printing
  services
• First available move-in date will be Jan. 1, 2020, with all move in days beginning on the first business day of the month
• Must be redeemed by Feb. 28, 2020, with the latest start date of Mar. 2, 2020
• 1 Apple Macbook Pro with 2-year Care Plan
• $500 of printed marketing materials by AlphaGraphics
