Party in the Crossroads:

• All-inclusive private party for up to 150 people on Barkley's exclusive rooftop, on any First Friday or mutually agreed upon date in 2020
• Includes table setup, security inside the building, parking attendant, and cleanup staff after the event
• 1 catering item from Tannin Wine Bar & Kitchen
• Handmade artisan brats from Affäre
• 12 cases of Boulevard Beer (288 bottles)
• Beer must be picked up at their Distribution Warehouse
• Beers subject to availability
• Smokestack and Limited Release beers not available
• 1 keg or 2 pre-made drinks, provided by Mean Mule Distilling Co.
• 2 large "Snackin Cheese Trays" and 4 cases of water from Cosentino's Price Chopper
• 6-hour parking (after 5:00 p.m.) for all attendees at the Crossroads Parking Garage
• DJ services and A/V equipment for up to 4 hours at Barkley, provided by DJ Jonathan Marzette
• In case of rain, the party will be held in Barkley's newly renovated 4th floor indoor space
• All items listed are for 150 people
• Bonus: 1 year of free parking for 1 person in the Barkley parking garage, to be used on First Fridays, or any date of the winner's choosing (12 single-day parking stickers)

• Eat and drink your way through the best restaurants and bars that the Crossroads Arts District has to offer
• Tannin Wine Bar & Kitchen dinner with wine pairing for 6
• Extra Virgin tapas family-style dinner with wine pairings for 6 in the Private Wine Room, with food prepared by Kansas City's first James Beard Award-winning chef, Michael Smith
• Cannot be used on wine dinners or other special events, including KC Restaurant Week 2020
