The services include the following:

• Preliminary Sleep Intake-This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your baby's sleeping & eating habits and routines that you'll fill out prior to our meeting. Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together
• Consultation (via Facetime or Phone)-During the consultation we will tour the nursery, discuss routines, discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, nap time, night wakings, and or other specific issues you might be having
• Customized Sleep Plan- I will prepare for you a sleep plan that will address your baby's individual needs. It will provide you with clear and easy to follow steps to teach your baby healthy sleep habits
• 4 Follow Up Phone Calls- These calls will take place during the two weeks following the consultation. Follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and we'll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions
• 2 Weeks of Unlimited Text and Email Support- During our time together you will have two weeks of unlimited text and email support. Use these texts and e-mails to ask questions about the program as we work together. I'll respond to your texts and emails within one business day.

Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 20. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
