Our comprehensive diagnostic process analyzes how you move to identify weak links in your movement system. Weak links are deficiencies in tissue mobility, strength or coordination of movement patterns that hold you back from your next personal best and can lead to injuries over time. This movement diagnostic will identify your unique opportunities to optimize how you move so you can perform at your best. Furthermore, the knowledge you gain from this diagnostic process can be applied to any exercise system, so even if you're not a Pilates enthusiast you can take the understanding gained about your body and apply it to any training method you choose.

This 3 session package entails:

? (1) Movement Diagnostic Exam to identify deficiencies in how your body moves and key training opportunities within your body. Based on your unique goals, we will help you prioritize what deficiencies to focus on first in your training.

? (2) Pilates Equipment training sessions. In these 2 training sessions, we will select the highest priority deficit from your exam and begin building a training strategy to optimize your control in this area.

You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 20. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
