3 bedroom home: 1 King, 1 Queen, and a room with 2 Twin beds; all bedrooms have en-suite baths. House sleeps a max of 6 guests. There is a half bath located on the first level along with a hearth room, kitchen, dining and living room. Upper deck is located off the master bedroom with a staircase to the covered patio.

Relax by the community pool, only 800 ft. from the house. Only 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, 5 minutes from Palm Springs Airport. and 1 hour from Ontario, CA airport. This home is located on a 27-hole golf course in a gated community.

Bidder must stay during mutually agreed upon dates in 2020.

Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 20. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
