A Two-Part Artisan Bread Baking Class with our very own Director of the Creative Arts Program and Chair of the Performing Arts Department, Stacy Donovan.

Flour . . . Water . . . Salt . . . Yeast . . .

An artisan is defined as one that produces something in limited quantities often using traditional methods. In this class, you will learn how to make a beautiful artisan boule bread, and you may choose the type of bread you would like to make. Some of the options are: Olive Rosemary, Cheddar Sage, Caramelized Onion and Roasted Apple, among others.

The first class would take approximately 60 minutes. The follow-up class (once the dough has risen overnight) would take about 90 minutes. "Rise" up and place your bid!
