Solomeo is an Italian, Medieval village that represents the core of Brunello Cucinelli's family, business and spiritual life and was essentially restored by Mr. Cucinelli. The company business was initially established at the castle, but was more recently relocated to the valley below; the ancient medieval buildings now host the classrooms of the School of Arts and Crafts, set up in 2013. The Hamlet is now even more closely linked to the Forum of the Arts, and one might even say that the whole of Solomeo is an area devoted to culture, to art, to traditions, to history, to a happy life. Mr. Cucinelli is called The King of Cashmere and is known for making the finest cashmere goods in the world.
