This is one of a handful of works in the experimental, performative series of "social relationship architecture", designed and built by internationally renowned architect-artist duo Alex Schweder + Ward Shelley.

Located in the Sculpture & Architecture Park, ReActor is a 44-foot by 8-foot structure that rotates 360-degrees atop a 15-foot concrete column in response to its inhabitants' movements, exterior forces, and interior conditions, thus making visible the intimate relationship between architecture and its inhabitants.

When you arrive, you will find a beautiful gift package provided by Chatham Co-op, filled with wine, cheese and treats for you and your guests to enjoy.
