The Antilles Pearl Villa, located in Anguilla, is a stunning three-story, five-bedroom villa with breathtaking views of the Caribbean ocean. Originally designed by the renowned contemporary architect Myron Goldfinger, the Antilles Pearl recently underwent a complete $1M+renovation, and features stunning geometric features including a 50 foot skywalk, rooftop terrace, private pool and expansive deck perfect for outdoor entertaining. At over 12,000 SF, up to 10 guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind in an unparalleled setting, enjoy a game of tennis on our private court, or take a swim at one of only two privately owned beaches on the island of Anguilla.

Your stay includes lodging for up to ten guests, access to a full staff comprised of a butler, housekeeper, concierge, and night security guard. Amenities include daily complimentary continental breakfast, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, gym, tennis court, and private pool. Additional costs include a 10% service charge and 12% government tax, which are assessed on the seasonal rate of $22,500/week. Meals in addition to the daily continental breakfast are $40/person breakfast, $60/person lunch, and $100/person dinner, with children over 5 and under 12 receiving 50% off. A private chef can be arranged for additional fees for all or some of your parties meals during your stay. Airport transfers, on-site massages, outdoor excursions, and other activities can be arranged through a dedicated concierge at an additional cost. Guests are encouraged to tip at the end of their stay, at their discretion.

Getting to Altamer: Most of our guests fly into Princess Juliana Airport on the nearby island of Saint Martin and then take a short boat charter to Blowing Point Ferry Terminal on Anguilla, which is then a 10 minute drive (via taxi or car rental) to our property. Other options include connecting flights directly into Anguilla.
