The apartment is completely renovated, though many beautiful characteristic elements have been preserved. The private entry on the ground floor leads to a lounge, dining room, joined by a modern and open kitchen, as well as a wardrobe, bathroom, and entrance to the washing room in the basement equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Large windows and patio doors open to the terrace and garden. From the hallway, the elegant wooden stairway leads up to the second floor with two spacious bedrooms, a walk in closet, luxurious bathroom and a separate toilet. The front bedroom opens to a balcony while the rear bedroom has a view over the garden.

Famous museums like the Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum, and Concertgebouw are all within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find all kinds of amenities such as the shops on the Cornelis Schuytstraat and Beethovenstraat, outstanding restaurants, cozy cafes and the beautiful Vondelpark are located nearby.
