Vegan Meals by Mindy has a new menu every week. So if you don't like what they have one week, wait until the next and they could have just what you are looking for!

Vegan Meals by Mindy has been serving the Las Vegas valley since 2014. We are a GREEN company that cares. We recycle. We compost. We donate our excess produce to Food Not Bombs to feed the homeless. Our excess ready-to-eat food goes home with our staff to minimize waste. We do ALL this to minimize waste and keep our carbon footprint as small as possible because we are a company that CARES and does our best to give back to the Las Vegas community.

Here's how Vegan Meals by Mindy ordering works!

We post the upcoming menu on our Vegan Meals by Mindy page on Wednesday. (As soon as it's posted, you're welcome to text in your order!)

We send a text blast on Friday afternoon/evening to remind everyone that it's time to place their order. Orders are placed by responding to the text! ORDER CUTOFF TIME IS NOON ON SATURDAY!!! We do the shopping on Saturday (based upon how many clients are "in") for the freshest produce.

Then we do all the cooking on Sunday!

Once all the meals are ready, we send a text blast notifying you! Then you swing by and pick your Vegan Meals by Mindy up. The pick up is in Summerlin at Sahara and Town Center. OR! We do have delivery available for a small $15 fee!
