Long-time residents of Las Vegas restaurateur
Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla
have spent their impressive careers building
spectacular restaurants around the world and in
their neighborhood. With resumes that read like
a who's who list of upscale restaurants, casinos,
hotels, and resorts; and experiences with some of
the biggest names in the game, they are excited
to share their contemporary interpretation of the
classic steakhouse with Las Vegas and the
Summerlin Community.

Andiron Steak & Sea is their third venture on the
west side, after neighborhood favorite Honey Salt
and the casual American tavern Made L.V. When
not overseeing their two other restaurants or
consulting for an international roster of clients,
they are often found traveling, cooking with
friends and family, and spending time outdoors.
Long time Las Vegas residents, they live in The
Lakes with their son and future tastemaker Cole
and their two dogs, Brookie and Dodger.
