TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Blackout dates: President's Day week, the 2nd and 3rd week of March, Bluegrass weekend, Labor Day weekend, Christmas week and New Year's week. Residence will accommodate up to eight people. A minimum 30 day advance reservation is required. Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed to rebook subject to expiration of the trip and based upon availability. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.

HOLIDAY/FESTIVAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed to rebook subject to expiration of the trip and based upon availability. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
