The most unassailable record in all of American sports? It has to be Cy Young's 511 career wins -- he is still the sole member of the 500 Win Club and had almost 100 more wins than the next closest pitcher. Cy Young was one of baseball's first superstars of the game, starting as a rookie back in 1890. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1937 and, as even the most casual fan knows, the top pitcher each year in each league wins the "Cy Young Award".

This baseball has been signed in black fountain pen by Cy Young himself, likely over 75 years ago, in the 1940's. His signature, which appears on the side panel, has been ranked as a 5 out of 10. A Cy Young single signed baseball is uniquely rare given how long ago he played, and is essential for any serious collector.
