Artist Bio:

Ron Sherman has been based in Atlanta since 1971 and has traveled extensively for advertising, corporate and editorial clients. He has been published in Time, Life, Newsweek, Business Week, Forbes and Sports Illustrated. His corporate clients include IBM, Coca-Cola, Georgia Power, Southern Natural Gas, and Eastman Kodak. His stock photo archives of over 500,000 images have been licensed for annual reports, advertising, multi-media productions and posters. He started Computer Aided Photography, Inc. in 1991 to explore the creative possibilities of combining the use of photography and computer technology. In 2103 Emory University Rose Library acquired his 1970's collection of 750 Black and White siver gelatin Atlanta prints. The National Museum of African American History and Culture has his photograph of an Atlanta homeowner on permanent display and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum has a five foot mural of Hank Aaron rounding second base after breaking Babe Ruth's home run record.
