The 2018 Leverage Rosé is a dry Rose? blend reminiscent of wines from the Southern Rhone region of France. It's made from premium fruit from vineyards in west Paso Robles - Willow Creek and Adelaida District AVAs. Beautiful pink, light salmon color in the glass, nearly all grenache with a touch of syrah, presents white flowers, zesty grapefruit and wild strawberry on the nose. Red and white wine drinkers alike can enjoy this on its own or with a wide variety of dishes. Lively, fresh, dry, and medium-plus bodied on the palate makes a very versatile wine on its own or with food. By the pool or paired with food, works for us either way. Only 85 cases produced.

From shopping to cooking to clean up, let Chef Antony Rodino take care of the details while you entertain your guests - and enjoy yourself. Enjoy an exclusive private 4-course dinner and wine pairing for 10 people in your home in Southern California. Chef Antony Rodino will prepare a 4-course gourmet California-French dinner; each course paired with a wine selection, some of which are used in the preparation of the meal. The chef will introduce each course and discuss the accompanying wine.
You can customize the menu based on a choice of options offered by the chef.
Sample menu: Jumbo Scallop in half shell, Caramelized Garlic, Parsley Noisette Butter and Seaweed Salad, paired with Pinot Gris; Chopped Salad of Mâche, Gorgonzola, Dried Cherries with a Cilantro-Caper Vinaigrette paired with a classic Bordeaux blend Meritage; Entrecote au Poivre, Baby Red Potatoes with Maytag Bleu, Shallots and Lardons, Asparagus with a Syrah Demiglaze, paired with a Syrah-Cabernet Blend; Hand-made Ferarro-Rocher Gelato in Almond Tuille, paired with a late harvest Chocolate-Zinfandel port.
Chef Antony is a graduate of the famed Le Cordon Bleu and made his start at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach. He moved on to the David Wilhelm Restaurant Group "Culinary Adventures" (French 75, Chat Noir, Savannah Chop House) and then to Laguna Canyon Winery as Executive Chef. He is now a private chef and has a successful catering business in Orange County, CA.
This package includes food and beverage for 10 people, tax and gratuity. Additional guests may be added for an additional fee.

Area covered is based on Disneyland as the central point. If your home is more than 100 miles from Disneyland, there will be an additional fee to be paid at the time of redemption.
