Established to leverage his career experience in the US Coast Guard where he served as Deputy Director of the Leadership Institute, his Masters in Systems Thinking and his passion for developing leaders ( he's worked with over 10,000 leaders at all levels) with the purpose of creating a development firm dedicated to creating the conditions for optimal performance.

Kimberly White, a partner with Kevin in Second State brought her MBA in leadership & Entrepreneurial Studies, experience as a business consultant as well as her leadership in sales. She joined Second State to expand her passion to support leaders in their relentless pursuit of better.
Kevin & Kimberly collided in 2014 as participants in a rigorous 9-month leadership coaching ICF certification program.
