About the Piece
The work is part of a series of experimental landscape images titled 'Dreamscapes' and is one of several large-format pieces that documented the landscape using photographic montage. Using methods of cut-and-splice, the work in the 'Dreamscapes' series creates non-linear compositions that trace the mythic essence and spatial quality of the forest.
