LA-based duo Top Chef alum Brooke Williamson & husband Nick Roberts have successfully climbed the ladder in the restaurant world with their beachy gastropub spots Hudson House & The Tripel, 4 in 1 concept:

Playa Provisions & Hawaiian inspired Da Kikokiko. Williamson & Roberts have also expanded their collection to include a culinary-focused retail store specializing in cookbooks, kitchen gadgets & other culinary essentials along with the Mar Vista neighborhood gem Small Batch Ice Cream Shop.

Playa Provisions is the third endeavor for Top Chef Winner Brooke Williamson and husband Nick Roberts. The unique model includes four different restaurant concepts nestled within one 7,000-square foot, beach side location, including a bright and fun ice cream shop (with all ice creams made in-house) called Small Batch; a casual market counter serving breakfast and lunch, called King Beach; a back-room whisky bar called Grain; and a more high-end dining space dedicated to seasonal seafood fare, called Dockside. Inspired by the city's "country marts," the four separate, yet cohesive dining experiences provide a taste for everyone.
