After graduating at the top of his class from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Austin, TX, Walker pursued his fascination of international cuisine to Palm Beach, FL, where he trained and honed his skills at Cafe L' Europe working alongside internationally recognized Chefs for several years later.

Walker returned to his Louisiana roots a true culinary expert and opened up two of his own restaurants in New Orleans. After several years of success, Walker sold his restaurants and became the Executive Chef at a new concept called 7908 Supper Club, in Aspen, CO. After developing the Supper Club into one of the top rated culinary establishments in Colorado, Walker transitioned his focus on providing individual clients with a unique culinary experience that blends the excitement of cooking with an intimate educational presentation.

Today Chef Craig lives in Newport Beach, CA where he showcases his talents by creating private dining experiences for various clientele as well as offering cooking lessons to individuals or groups.
