If you're like us, we like to know where our meat comes from. Not all meat is created equally and justifying the cost brings a question of quality. We decided to jointly raise Black Angus, Red/Black Wagyu, Berkshire Hogs on our farm in Hillsboro. Our cattle are pasture raised and fed quality ingredients. No added hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs ever. The winning bidder will receive approximately 550 lbs of Certified Waygu Beef and will include chuck, round, sirloin, rib, short loin, shank, short plate, brisket and flank cuts.
