About Melange Creperie

Melange Creperie started as a street cart featuring french crepes operated by "Buffalo" Sean Carroll with help from his wife, Tish Ochoa. Inspired by their honeymoon to Paris and the amazing crepes on every corner, Sean decided to bring the idea home.

We feature a rotating weekly menu as well as classics which are always available such as ham, egg and cheese or banana and Nutella. Or create your own! We feature seasonal, fresh, made to order food at an affordable price; we aim to feature as many local ingredients as possible.
